PRO­PRO­JEKT and Frank­furt Air­port con­tinue cooper­a­tion

Frank­furt Air­port is a com­plex and living system. Within this system, con­struc­tion meas­ures ensure the neces­sary fur­ther devel­op­ment of the infra­struc­ture, but at the same time also rep­res­ent a dis­rup­tion to air­port oper­a­tions. 

In con­nec­tion with the new Ter­minal 3 and its con­nec­tion to the pas­sen­ger trans­port system (guide­way+sta­tion), a large number of con­struc­tion pro­jects will be planned, con­trolled and imple­men­ted in the north­ern area of the air­port until 2025.

In this con­text, PRO­PRO­JEKT was com­mis­sioned by Fra­port AG for the first time in 2018 with the pro­ject of coordin­ated con­struc­tion logist­ics. In a new call for tenders for the ser­vice, this con­tract has now been exten­ded by a fur­ther two years until 2025.

The sub­ject of the ser­vice is the coordin­a­tion of the indi­vidual con­struc­tion pro­jects, as well as their con­struc­tion pro­jects in rela­tion to the round-the-clock oper­a­tion in the con­struc­tion­ally con­fined north­ern area of the air­port. This con­cerns the coordin­a­tion of the parties involved at the work­ing level, as well as the report­ing of the status to the man­age­ment level of the Fra­port pro­jects.
