PRO­PRO­JEKT was com­mis­sioned with the pro­ject man­age­ment in sup­port of the City of Frank­furt am Main regard­ing the city’s cooper­a­tion duties during the plan­ning and con­struc­tion period. Besides set­ting up a com­pre­hens­ive organ­isa­tional struc­ture and sup­port­ing the client regard­ing con­struc­tion issues, PRO­PRO­JEK­T’s assign­ment also included review and approval of plan­ning and design, super­vising change man­age­ment to mon­itor build­ing costs and the pro­fes­sional asist­ance till turn­key deliv­ery, includ­ing the elim­in­a­tion of defects and com­mis­sion­ing of the fin­ished build­ing.
