Forum partner at the eps ARENA SUMMIT 2025

Look­ing at our involve­ment in excit­ing urban devel­op­ment pro­jects like the Chem­nitz Sport- und Kul­turc­am­pus and the Olden­burg Sta­dium, we had some deep chats with our part­ners CSIGHT and AS+P, as well as rep­res­ent­at­ives from the Chem­nitz Niners, Sta­di­ongesell­schaft Olden­burg, and Arena Würzburg. We talked about the chal­lenges, but espe­cially the oppor­tun­it­ies, that come up when smal­ler cities apart from major met­ro­pol­itan areas get in the spot­light thanks to sport­ing suc­cess. The dis­cus­sions show that suc­cess­ful pro­fes­sional sport can do much more than gen­er­ate excite­ment and iden­ti­fic­a­tion – it can be a driv­ing force for sus­tain­able urban devel­op­ment.
