New stadium construction in Oldenburg — Official launch of the tendering process

The city of Olden­burg has pub­lished the invit­a­tion to tender for the plan­ning and real­iz­a­tion of a new sta­dium on Maastrichter Strasse. The plan is to build a new, modern soccer sta­dium with an ini­tial capa­city of 10,000 spec­tat­ors in order to meet the require­ments of the 3rd league and as a future-proof loc­a­tion for pro­fes­sional soccer in Olden­burg.

Together with AS+P, PRO­PRO­JEKT was com­mis­sioned to provide tech­nical con­sult­ing ser­vices for the organ­iz­a­tion, pre­par­a­tion and imple­ment­a­tion of a Europe-wide award pro­ced­ure for the selec­tion of a total con­tractor. Our ser­vices include the con­cep­tion and pre­par­a­tion of the tender doc­u­ments, the exam­in­a­tion and eval­u­ation of incom­ing requests to par­ti­cip­ate and bids as well as par­ti­cip­a­tion in the upcom­ing nego­ti­ations. The aim is to award the neces­sary plan­ning and con­struc­tion ser­vices for the new sta­dium by early summer next year.
