Start of construction for the ‘Leuchte’ project in Frankfurt Bergen-Enkheim

Fol­low­ing the com­ple­tion of spe­cies pro­tec­tion meas­ures and the com­mis­sion­ing of the gen­eral con­tractor FABER & SCHNEPP Hoch- und Tief­bau GmbH & Co. KG at the begin­ning of the year, work began on 9 March 2026 on the pre­vi­ously undeveloped site in the ‘Leuchte’ con­struc­tion area in Frank­furt Bergen-Enkheim.

The first steps will be to set up the con­struc­tion site and carry out earth­works, fol­lowed by the install­a­tion of shor­ing.

Sub­sequently, the senior cit­izens' res­id­en­tial com­plex with 39 res­id­en­tial units and the two apart­ment build­ings with a total of 29 res­id­en­tial units, includ­ing the asso­ci­ated out­door facil­it­ies, are to be com­pleted by early 2028.

PRO­PRO­JEKT is sup­port­ing the client, the St. Kath­ar­inen- und Weiß­frauen­stif­tung, during the exe­cu­tion phase with pro­ject man­age­ment ser­vices in accord­ance with AHO.
