PRO­PRO­JEKT sup­ports the Berlin Senate for EURO 2024

Berlin is the most import­ant host city for the UEFA EURO 2024. In addi­tion to the five games and the final, which will take place in the Olympic Sta­dium Berlin, the largest fan zone in Ger­many will be cre­ated around the Branden­burg Gate and the Platz der Repub­lik in the summer of 2024. 

PRO­PRO­JEKT was com­mis­sioned to sup­port the Berlin Senate with the pro­ject man­age­ment of the EURO pro­ject group within the Senate Depart­ment for the Interior and Sport. We are con­trib­ut­ing our pos­it­ive exper­i­ence from four suc­cess­ful years in pro­gramme man­age­ment of the Berlin 2023 SOWG and are mainly respons­ible for pro­ject man­age­ment and con­trol of the plan­ning and imple­ment­a­tion pro­cess, fur­ther devel­op­ment of the organ­isa­tional struc­ture, set­ting up the mile­stone plan with sub­sequent con­trolling as well as inter­face coordin­a­tion within the pro­ject group.
