PRO­PRO­JEKT respons­ible for the pro­ject man­age­ment of the new senior hous­ing com­plex “Leuchte”

In line with the pur­pose of the found­a­tion, the St. Kath­ar­inen- und Weiß­frauen­stift is plan­ning a new res­id­en­tial com­plex for senior women in the devel­op­ment area “Leuchte” in Frank­furt Bergen-Enkheim. In addi­tion, two apart­ment build­ings are planned.

PRO­PRO­JEKT will be respons­ible for the pro­ject man­age­ment accord­ing to AHO. Fur­ther ele­ments of the assign­ment include the exe­cu­tion of a tender pro­ced­ure accord­ing to VgV within an EU-wide noti­fic­a­tion for gen­eral plan­ning ser­vices.
