PROPROJEKT develops feasibility study for the Dutzendteich sports complex and the Nuremberg stadium
Successful presentation of the feasibility study for the future development of the dozenteich sports area and the Max Morlock Stadium in Nuremberg.
On behalf of the city of Nuremberg, PROPROJEKT, together with the planning office AS+P Albert Speer + Partner GmbH and the consulting agency Legends International GmbH, has over the past seven months developed ecologically sustainable and socially acceptable recommendations for the development of the Dutzendteich sports area. Beyond, economically viable conceptual approaches for a modern football stadium were elaborated, taking into account the legal framework for monuments and environmental protection at the location.
