Prof­it­ab­il­ity study for a poten­tial new sta­dium in Olden­burg

PRO­PRO­JEKT was assigned by the city of Olden­burg to per­form a prof­it­ab­il­ity cal­cu­la­tion as part of a broader feas­ib­il­ity study for a new foot­ball sta­dium on the Maastrichter Straße. As part of this ana­lysis, the con­struc­tion costs, run­ning costs, fin­an­cing costs, depre­ci­ation and the rev­enue poten­tials of a new and modern sta­dium and other rel­ev­ant factors of prof­it­ab­il­ity were ana­lysed and put together in an over­all prof­it­ab­il­ity cal­cu­la­tion. Fur­ther, an eco­nomic impact study was done, ana­lys­ing the indir­ect eco­nomic effects of a new sta­dium in the city.
