'Hous­ing estate ‘Leuchte’ — Plan­ning per­mis­sion gran­ted

The con­struc­tion of a new res­id­en­tial com­plex for senior cit­izens and two apart­ment blocks on the undeveloped ‘Auf der Sandkaute’ site will create 39 res­id­en­tial units for senior cit­izens in line with the found­a­tion's pur­pose, as well as 29 res­id­en­tial units that will be made avail­able for rent to employ­ees of the found­a­tion and care staff in par­tic­u­lar.

PRO­PRO­JEKT is sup­port­ing the pro­ject with pro­ject man­age­ment ser­vices in accord­ance with AHO at all pro­ject stages. Con­struc­tion is sched­uled to begin at the end of 2025.
