Suc­cess factors in the devel­op­ment of sports venues

Suc­cess­ful con­struc­tion pro­jects bene­fit from a delib­er­ately imple­men­ted concept phase in which pro­ject goals are defined, risks are min­im­ized and informed stra­tegic decisions are made.

PRO­PRO­JEKT pub­lished an art­icle about the essen­tial suc­cess factors in the devel­op­ment of sports venues for the inter­na­tional journal sb. To facil­it­ate eco­nom­ical and effi­cient con­struc­tion, PRO­PRO­JEKT recom­mends a five-phase model as the best-pos­sible pre­par­a­tion for the devel­op­ment of new sports venues.
