The biggest German House ever — the Jean Bouin rugby stadium, located in the immediate vicinity of the Parc des Princes and the Stade Roland Garros, will serve as the 'Home of Team D' during the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris.
In just one week's time, the Olympic and Paralympic Games will open in Paris for the third time since 1900 and 1924.
The German House will be located in a stadium for the first time and will offer an incomparable and spectacular venue for a total of around 17,000 guests on over 3,000m².
The Stade Jean Bouin impresses with its net-like exterior façade and offers excellent conditions for an attractive design that also fulfils all the requirements of a German House. In addition to a 'Main Lounge', hospitality areas, media lounges, areas for content production and a high-performance training centre for Team D, the German House will also be supplemented for the first time by a Fan Zone, which will offer a varied programme for 3,000 fans per day. The Fan Zone is located on the pitch, inside the stadium, and offers all fans the opportunity to experience Team D at the Olympic and Paralympic Games as close as never before.
PROPROJEKT, together with AS+P, supports the Deutsche Sport Marketing GmbH in the planning processes from site selection to realisation and is responsible for the coordination of all structural installation and conversion measures.
