Pro­ject man­age­ment con­cern­ing the new con­struc­tion of a senior cit­izens res­id­ence

PRO­PRO­JEKT will be respons­ible for the pro­ject man­age­ment accord­ing to AHO con­cern­ing the demoli­tion and new con­struc­tion of a senior cit­izens res­id­ence owned by St. Kath­ar­inen- und Weiß­frauen­stift in Frank­furt am Main. Fur­ther ele­ments of the assign­ment include the exe­cu­tion of a tender pro­ced­ure accord­ing to VOF within an EU-wide noti­fic­a­tion for gen­eral plan­ning ser­vices as well as the tender for the plan­ning and super­vi­sion of the demoli­tion works.
