Within the frame of imple­ment­ing key object­ives of integ­ra­tion policy, the city of Frank­furt am Main has decided to rent parts of a prop­erty on Mainer Land­straße 293. The pro­posed use is an answer to the dif­fer­ent spa­tial require­ments of vari­ous stake­hold­ers in the wide field of integ­ra­tion and edu­ca­tion and enables the vari­ous users to cooper­ate on an organ­iz­a­tional and pro­gram­matic level. In addi­tion to the new space for the Depart­ment for Mul­ti­cul­tural Affairs, stadtRAUM­frank­furt will offer a mul­ti­tude of rooms for inter­cul­tural coun­selling, train­ing and events, as well as offices for asso­ci­ations, neigh­bour­hood ini­ti­at­ives and cul­tural pro­jects.

PRO­PRO­JEKT was assigned by the Depart­ment for Mul­ti­cul­tural Affairs in Frank­furt am Main to pro­fes­sion­ally advise the recon­struc­tion work regard­ing schedul­ing, qual­ity assur­ance and approval. Main aspects of the con­struc­tion con­sulta­tion include defin­i­tion of space demand and user require­ments, coordin­a­tion of internal decision-making and mon­it­or­ing of imple­ment­a­tion.
