New res­id­en­tial com­plex for eld­erly women handed over to the owner

After one and a half years of con­struc­tion, the new res­id­en­tial com­plex in Schwar­zburgstraße 12 was com­pleted and turn­key handed over to the owner, the St. Kath­ar­inen- und Weiß­frauen­stift.

The new res­id­en­tial com­plex for eld­erly women includes 31 res­id­en­tial units on the upper floors as well as shared areas for dis­trict-related usage on the ground floor.

PRO­PRO­JEKT was com­mis­sioned with the pro­ject man­age­ment in all plan­ning and real­isa­tion phases. The design of the new build­ing comes from sander.hofrichter architek­ten, Lud­wig­shafen. The con­struc­tion was car­ried out as part of a gen­eral con­tract by Peter Gross Hoch- und Gen­er­al­bau GmbH & Co. KG, Kais­er­slaut­ern.
