Frankfurt's DomRömer Area is growing

Opening in 2018

After the dismantling of the technical Town Hall of the City of Frankfurt am Main, the inner city area between the Dom (the cathedral) and the Römer (the historic Town Hall) as well as the Braubachstraße and the Schirn (art gallery) is being reorganised. The construction on the 7,000 square meter area is well under way. Until the end of 2016 20 new contemporary buildings and 15 historically reconstructed buildings will be structurally completed. In addition to concrete and brickwork, centuries-old wooden beams are used for the historic buildings and the timber frames are filled with mud bricks.

The residential units on the upper floors of the DomRömer area are mostly sold, soon the DomRömer GmbH will start the letting of the commercial units in the ground floors. PROPROJEKT supports the DomRömer GmbH both in the marketing of residential units as well as in the field of project management, planning and construction.
