Project Description

The aurelis Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG is the owner of the approx. 25 hectare large northern freight railway station in Freiburg. It is planned to develop commercial uses, offices and retail on the premises under the title "Gare Du Nord". Following the lengthy planning, development plans are going to be prepared and the lots market-ripe for development will be sold to investors in 2011.

 

 

In collaboration with AS+P, PROPROJEKT has been commissioned with the review of the economical viability of the development and the specification of the Master Plan. Of primary interest was on the one hand the proposed mix of use as well as building densities and on the other hand, the schedule of the development of the area (phasing).
